Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and guide them through our menu offerings

• Take accurate food and beverage orders.

• Serve food and beverages and efficiently while ensuring high standards of presentation and service

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for guests

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and resolve any customer concerns or complaints

• Strong customer service orientation with a positive and friendly attitude

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

License/Certification:

• Smart Serve

• Food Handling certification (required)

Language:

• Fluent in English
